Ewave Mobile processes information to operate this website, respond to enquiries and improve its services. This page explains the information processed and your control over optional analytics.
Enquiries and the digital assistant
When you submit a form or use the digital assistant, we process the details and content you choose to provide to respond and handle your enquiry. Enquiries or conversation records may be stored, together with technical information such as IP addresses and browser data for security and operation. Providing information is optional, but we may be unable to respond without relevant details. Avoid sharing sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Service providers and hosting
The website, forms and chat use Amazon Web Services infrastructure. The digital assistant uses Anthropic Claude models; conversation content is processed to generate a response. This processing is separate from website analytics and does not depend on analytics permission. Some processing occurs outside Israel. Enquiry information is shared with the representatives handling it and the infrastructure providers needed to deliver the service.
Retention and security
Enquiries and service records are kept for handling requests, follow-up, recordkeeping, security and legal obligations. Retention depends on the processing purpose and the need for the information. Analytics retention is described separately below. The website uses HTTPS and access controls; no system can guarantee absolute protection against every risk.
Privacy requests
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask a privacy question. Requests are handled under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required to meet legal obligations.
Measurement details
Current analytics provider: Google Analytics.
We use analytics to understand and improve website use. It is optional. Advertising features, advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the current configuration.
With your permission, usage data such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolls and form and chat events is sent to the analytics provider with cookie identifiers and technical browser data. Form and chat content, names, email addresses and phone numbers are excluded from analytics events. The provider also receives your IP address through the network connection. Information may be processed outside Israel.
User and event data retention in the analytics property is set to 2 months, without resetting on new activity. This setting does not cover aggregate reports. Analytics cookies are configured to last up to 180 days; browsers may shorten their lifetime.
We do not load the analytics tool or send analytics events before you allow it. You can refuse and continue browsing, or change your choice using “Privacy preferences”. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days, separately from analytics cookies. Withdrawal stops future analytics and removes our analytics cookies from your browser; it does not automatically delete information already received by the provider. GPC and Do Not Track preferences block analytics.
How the provider uses information
Analytics permission applies to the provider and purposes disclosed when it was obtained. A provider replacement or material change to measurement requires updated disclosure and a new consent revision before analytics runs under the new configuration.
